Personal Data Processing Policy
- General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data.” It defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken by Artem Yuryevich Belikov (hereinafter, the “Operator”) to ensure the security of personal data.
1.1. The Operator considers respect for individual rights and freedoms in the processing of Personal Data—including the rights to privacy and personal and family confidentiality—to be its primary objective and a fundamental condition of its activities.
1.2. This Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator (hereinafter, the “Policy”) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to https://digital-cheetah.com/.
- Key Terms Used in this Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data means processing personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data means temporarily suspending the processing of personal data, except where processing is necessary to clarify that data.

2.10. Provision of personal data means actions intended to disclose personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
2.11. 2.13. Destruction of personal data means any actions that irreversibly destroy personal data so that its content cannot be restored in a personal data information system and/or that destroy the physical media containing the personal data.
- Personal Data the Operator May Process
3.1. Email address.
3.2. The Website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data, including cookies, through online analytics services such as Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, as well as other similar services.
3.3. The data listed above is collectively referred to in this Policy as Personal Data.
- Purposes of Processing Personal Data
4.1. The purpose of processing a User’s Personal Data is to provide the User with access to the services, information, and/or materials available on the Website.
4.2. The Operator may also send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User may opt out of these informational messages at any time by emailing edontarkov@gmail.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe from notifications about new products, services, and special offers.”
4.3. Anonymized User data collected through online analytics services is used to gather information about User activity on the Website and to improve the Website and its content.
- Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
5.1. The Operator processes a User’s Personal Data only when the User independently completes and/or submits it through forms available at https://digital-cheetah.com/. By completing the relevant forms and/or submitting Personal Data to the Operator, the User consents to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized User data when the User’s browser settings permit it, including when cookies are enabled and JavaScript is allowed.
- Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing of Personal Data
The security of Personal Data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to comply fully with applicable personal data protection laws.
6.1. The Operator safeguards Personal Data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access.
6.2. A User’s Personal Data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances except where required by applicable law.
6.3. If the User identifies inaccurate Personal Data, the User may update it by emailing the Operator at admins@digitalcheetah.com with the subject line “Personal Data Update.”
6.4. Personal Data may be processed for an indefinite period. The User may withdraw consent to the processing of Personal Data at any time by emailing the Operator at edontarkov@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”
- Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Before transferring Personal Data across borders, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the Personal Data will be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Personal Data may be transferred to a foreign state that does not provide such protection only with the personal data subject’s written consent to the cross-border transfer and/or for the performance of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

8.1. The User may request clarification about the processing of Personal Data by contacting the Operator at edontarkov@gmail.com.
8.2. Any changes to this Personal Data Processing Policy will be reflected in this document. The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
