Definitions

• Website Administration - DIGITAL CHEETAH (https://digital-cheetah.com).
• Agreement – a public offer of the Website Administration to conclude a license agreement for the purchase of goods remotely.
• User - a person who has access to the Website via the Internet. The user must be a fully capable natural person.
• Goods - activation keys and related files of digital products, information about which is present on the Website.
• Order - a User request for the receipt of the Goods, drawn up under the requirements of the Website.
• Website - an Internet website located on the Internet at https://digital-cheetah.com.
• Parties - User and Website Administration.

1. ORDER OF PURCHASE OF GOODS

1.1. To purchase the selected Goods, the User must use the ways offered by the Website.

1.2. Delivery of the Goods is carried out immediately after receipt of payment in the form of a key and/or a link to files on the post-payment page, with duplication of the information to the e-mail specified during payment.

1.3. Until the moment of payment for the Goods, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with the Goods description and the system requirements for it.

1.4. When placing an Order, the User must specify the email address to which the Goods will be delivered.

2. PAYMENT FOR GOODS

2.1. The Goods are paid for before the transfer to the User in full.

2.2. Settlements of the Parties are made in a non-cash form using the Online Payment System Site.

2.3. The payment for the Goods can proceed in any method provided by the payment system on the Website.

2.4. When making a payment, a payment system service (bank, mobile operator, etc.) can provide a fee. The User pays for the commission.

3. RETURN OF GOODS

3.1. The user has the right to refuse the Order until the moment of payment.

3.2. Refuse from the Goods after payment is not possible in the following cases: 3.2.1. The User's system does not meet the system requirements specified in the description of the Goods. 3.2.2. The User purchased the Goods "by accident". 3.2.3. The User already has activated the key from the Order in the program launcher.

3.3. Refuse of the Goods with a return is possible in the event of the inoperability of the Goods upon personal verification by the Website Administration.

3.4. In the event of the return, only the amount of money paid for the Goods is refunded. All expenses from this amount related to commissions of third parties for the transfer may be withheld.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. Rights for the Goods to the User are based on a exclusive license. The Goods are only provided to the User for use on the terms of this section.

4.2. The license is granted for a period set by the developer of the Product or the Website Administration.

4.3. The user has the right to use the Product for personal use only. In any other cases, claims are not accepted, support is not provided.

4.4. If the operation of the Goods is suspended for an indefinite or definite period, compensation for the downtime is determined by the developer or the Website Administration.

4.5. If the misuse of the Goods caused the User's game account to be blocked, the costs and damage incurred are not compensated in monetary terms.

4.6. The transfer of your authorization data, distribution, and resale of any components of the Goods to third parties is prohibited and will lead to the blocking of the Goods and the User's ban on the Website.

4.7. Hacking, reverse engineering, modification of the components of the Product, and others not allowed by the instruction actions are prohibited and will lead to the blocking of the Products' key and the ban of the User on the Website.

4.8. The Website Administration can provide discounts and bonuses for the Users. Their types, rules, and conditions of receipt may be changed by the Administration unilaterally.

4.9 The Website is provided as-is, without guarantees of quality and suitability for any explicit or implied purpose. The site administration does not guarantee that the Website will work continuously and error-free. In case of errors and malfunctions, the Website Administration obliges to eliminate them as soon as possible.

5. PRIVACY

5.1. Any personal information transferred by the Parties to each other is confidential.

5.2. The User accepts the collection of anonymous activity for the purpose of accounting and improving the Website.

6. OTHER TERMS

6.1. The User has the right to contact the Website Administration through the feedback methods described on the Website.

6.2. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties in the course of the execution of this Agreement shall resolve through negotiations.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. By purchasing the Product on the Site, the User accepts this Agreement.
